ABOUT THE COMPANY

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Design manager who thinks like a builder and understands the construction of a building from both structural, façade and services. You will have experience in construction and have excelled in the completions and delivery of projects for clients. You will manage the design process for a wide range of construction projects from the completions and delivery stage, ensuring the delivery of developments are on time and within budget. You will be responsible for reviewing all design content to minimise cost and maximise efficiency.
EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- Qualification in Structural Engineering or Architecture, Alternatively current experience as a Design Manager specialising in Completions and Delivery with a builder
- You will have good experience in the design process for Structures, Services and Facades
- Excellent Client facing skills
- Well organised and can motivate and direct a team
- Architects looking to make a transition into construction will be considered
