Your new company

Your new role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of 15-25 new investor homes at any one time. This will involve the effective coordination of trades to carry out scheduled works on building sites in the Geelong and Melbourne West areas. Whilst there is some client interaction, there is much less in this role compared to building for retail customers. The company already has a solid trade base however bringing across your own trades is advantageous.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience successfully delivering end to end new home projects on-site.
- Previous experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership and performance management skills with sub-contractors.
- Construction trade background preferred
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proven ability to hit deadlines whilst delivering quality.
- Be highly motivated and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Australia Current driver’s license
