To residential builder is a well-oiled machine. They complete both housing and medium density developments, and the odd small apartment. Lead by a hands-on Director and proven management team they offer long term job security and career progression.

They now have a very rare opportunity for a 2IC Site Manager to join their team and be groomed into their next superstar Site Manager.

In this role you will work on a development site consisting of 16 townhouses and you will work under a Senior Site Manager. You will be involved with all aspects of Site Management and shown the ropes in order to be given your own project down the track.

These roles are rare so many applications expected however to be considered you must be able to tick off the following:

• A carpentry qualification
• 10+ years post apprenticeship on site experience where you have worked on a range of residential/commercial projects
• Some experience as a Leading Hand/Foreman on a busy site (ideally multi-res or apartments)
• A commitment towards ensuring OHS
• A will to learn and develop
• A positive attitude
• A reason to work and career driven
• References to support the above

The successful candidates will be rewarded with a salary in line with the market + Super + Car in addition to the opportunity to work with a sensational team and progress your career.
