About the Role: 
Our client is seeking a Site Manager with strong commercial & fit-out experience to join the construction team within their company. You may come from a trade or tertiary qualified background with a strong background in construction, but your knowledge and job history are what's most important. You will be provided training and the tools needed to make your role as smooth as possible.
 
Duties:

• Oversee the construction of marquee projects
• Liaise with stakeholders as required
• Deliver above and beyond expectations
• Program and schedule trades and construction works
• Organize the release of materials as required
• Drive subcontractors to complete work to a high standard
• General supervision of site works

  
Skills and Experience:  

• Relevant trade background and/or tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Easy and approachable people skills
