ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will report and work alongside the Construction Manager. You will be responsible for the building approvals, end to end project delivery, liaising with various authorities and consultants, and leading the project teams. You will work a Monday to Friday week, from the Head Office in Sydney's CBD.
DUTIES.
- Implement WHS procedures
- Budget and forecast
- Oversee contracts and variations
- Negotiations and cost control
- Procurement and scheduling
- Manage the construction program
- Stakeholders management
- Ensure time restraints are adhered to
- Liaise with authorities
- CC, OC and subdivision documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Contracts Administration / Project Management experience on residential developments valued from $20M
- Tertiary qualification in building related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and contractor networks
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong track record with reputable Builders in NSW
- Can do and ambitious attitude
