The Company?

A Custom Home Builder for 30 years in the NSW Housing Market. They are very well respected, and offer excellent career progression. Privately owned, they pride themselves on the quality of the homes they build, and this has led to them building a strong pipeline of work for the foreseeable future.

Project?

• 12 Custom New-Build Homes in South West Sydney.

What attributes do you need?

• A trade background or other tertiary qualification. 
• Experience in managing on-site trades
• A minimum 5 years' experience managing custom homes in NSW.
• High level of organisational and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of building codes and attention to detail is a must
• Ability to read drawings, specs and programmes
• Undertaking inductions and tool box talks
• Full drivers licence
