Im pleased to recruiting for experienced Site Supervisors on behalf of a client of mine who are an award winning builder operate across New South Wales on both Residential and Commercial projects.

Duties

Apply your proven skills in project management to achieve successful project outcomes
Manage and foster the client relationship by providing outstanding client service and utilising your expert communication and negotiation skills
Manage project expenditure and cash-flow to optimise project financial outcomes
Demonstrate your strong leadership capability to build and motivate your team to achieve project and individual goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

Trade Qualification :
Registered Builder
Construction Industry Card
Current Drivers Licence
Knowledge and understanding of the residential construction industry
Understanding of Construction and Design Methodology, Project management principles and Delivery Methods
Understanding of Quality Assurance Requirements and OHS & Environmental Legislation
Knowledge and understanding of Company Values, Policies and Procedures
