True account management due having such a strong hold of the markets clients to some of the biggest and some of the smallest clients in the industry with the highest level of focus means a commitment to being accessible, visible, proactive, preventative and knowledgeable. This is a busy team, under a lot of pressure, managing critical timelines and executive high level logistical demands for product reliability and accessibility.

For a committed professional who can adapt to clients of all background & positions, this global business offers success, security, autonomy and some great perks. You will be someone who LOVES a busy portfolio which keeps you on your feet, there always calls to be made, orders to follow up, issues to troubleshoot and travel to client visits to ensure the service standards are being met, but first you will need to learn the index of products and parts! Know your products and grow your clients! Reporting committed, hard working and long-serving Branch Manager You will learn from proven leadership; demonstrating and executing PROVEN:-

  • Customer Service Mindset standards where ever action you take is beneficial for your clients
  • The capacity to identify and facilitate business growth
  • Knowledge of the latest market behaviour, product data and maintenance of management reporting systems
  • Achievement of meeting branch/client solution based objectives and goals based on revenue, gross margin and debtor collection targets

  • Outstanding written and verbal skills adaptable across a verying range of industries and client expectations and behaviours
  • Proven success in a similar role involving Sales, Account Management and transferrable industry knowledge, with a passion for working within this field
  • Managing and organising your diary to ensure you are visible and accessable to all clients. This will result in an estimated 1 week out of 4 out to regional clients which results in lengthy regional car travel
  • A valid and unrestricted drivers licence
  • The capacity to be a problem solver, predicting and resolving issues before they arise with a prevention before reaction attitude to your work
  • The capacity to be self-driven and motivated within a busy, demanding autonomous role
  • Approachability, honesty, transparency, trust and teamwork

  • A fixed salary band (no commission) of 70-75k +super negotiated based on the skills and benefits that the applicants can offer
  • A fully maintained fleet vehicle with a fued card and uniform provision

The successful candidate will need a clear police clearance or a requirement to obtain one. Typical hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. A reminder of the regional travel in this role being estimated at 1 week out of 4 and typically the visits are by car and can result in long travel times to access multiple clients. In order to be successful you will also need to under-go a medical and provide references of a supervisory or management level. A forklift ticket is advantageous to have.
