Be part of our clients exciting project, as it enters another phase.
An immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor who can ensure the most cost effective delivery of services. You will perform all dealings with head contractors and suppliers, to be managed professionally, ethically and efficiently, ensuring the highest possible service delivery levels. You will be accountable for all contracts to ensure optimum performance levels are maintained.
To be considered for this role:
- Proven track record of delivering a procurement plan ideally within a construction environment ideally from a Consultancy background.
- Comfortable on ERP Systems and be able to drive the procurement strategy with overall project business objectives
- Price negotiation and supplier relationships
- Relevant tertiary qualification and a proven ability in contracting drafting ideally on large projects
- Ability to understand scopes of work, and update where necessary for trades
- Issue tender documents and tender recommendation
- The role would ideally suit an experienced quantity surveyor 5-7 years post-graduation.
