Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to work with an East Coast powerhouse in the Retail Construction game. This builder has won some exceptional Brisbane projects recently and even recently secured their biggest Queensland project to date.

They typically average projects around the $20m - $30m price range and don't often venture out side of their expertise in retail.


To be successful you will have the following: 

• Ideally a Construction management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification 
• Demonstrated experience working as a Contracts Administrator for a reputable mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
• Proficient in Jobpac, MS Office, project and a cost reporting software
• Ability to write a detailed scope of works
