The position..

• Manage 20 builds at any given time all based on the same street
• Supportive management there to help and always on hand
• Top notch technology means rarely any paperwork - switch off after work
• Relax with Sub-contractors that are always reliable and treated well

What you need..

• Experience managing multiple residential builds at the same time is a non-negotiable
• Managing teams of sub-contractors and organizing scope of works
• Professional manner
• Strong eye for detail
• A trade background
• Supervisors license / Cert 4 required
