HVAC Project Engineer - Sydney

Due to market demand and following on from the recent completion of projects Fredon Air are looking for new people to join our successful team!

An innovative, established Tier 1 Mechanical Services contractor who have withstood the turbulence of the construction industry. Their core values and their success have been built on trust, integrity and exceptional customer service.

Your new role 

• Project exposure offers this role a very interesting working dynamic and will include:
• Overseeing all Large scale projects (Up to $12-15million) from start to finish, ensuring completion is to budget and to the time frame agreed.
• Assisting Senior Projects Manager on projects
• Calculate heat and cooling loads using Camel software
• Project scheduling; resources, staffing, subcontractors and logistics.
• Enforcing operational standards including: construction support, management systems, quality and production.
• Attend design and construction meetings with builders and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed 

• To be considered for this role you must be able to fulfil following:
• Diploma or Degree level qualifications
• HVAC Project Engineer experience in a similar role
• Exposure to major commercial projects. Tier1-Tier3.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
