Henley continues to be recognised for its quality, service and commitment to delivering the best outcomes to its customers and staff. Due to continued growth we are now seeking aspiring Trainee Production Estimators to join the team in our National Head Office in Mt Waverley.

As a trainee Production Estimator you will be supported towards working in a high paced and technical role estimating and producing labour purchase orders for new home construction prior to site start. This detailed role will require you to engage all areas of the business, including Drafting, Tender Presenters, Admin and Site Supervisors.

We would like to hear from you if you are:

An aspiring Production Estimator, keen to work and learn in the residential space.
Holding Cert IV Building & Construction (Essential)
Reasonable technical residential building knowledge (BCA's) - trade background would benefit.
A clear, confident communicator, who is calm under pressure and offering exceptional detail.
Highly organised and a capable problem-solver who can consult to get the right solution.
Comfortable around computers; experienced with current estimating software.
Able to demonstrate quality, tenacity, focus and drive.
