Part Time Junior Cadet

We are a large scale subcontractor business operating in the residential / commercial market. We specialise in large projects including housing within the Sydney region. We are looking for a person who would like the opportunity to work with a highly experienced and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulation of safety documentation
• Assistance in letting small projects to subcontractors
• Miscellaneous administration for Project Managers & assisting with cost reporting
• Maintenance of some site equipment registers
• Monitoring and recording of sub contractor invoices

Key Requirements:

• Currently studying an Undergraduate Degree in Construction Management or similar would be an advantage but not a necessity.  Construction experience not a necessity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
• Strong Oral and written skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

This position is permanent part time four(4) days per week flexible.
