The role:  
  
Now Careers client are looking for a determined Project Manager to be part of their successful project team. A leading provider of Entertainment, Hospitality and Leisure projects the ideal candidate will have the communication skills and architectural background to co-ordinate and manage all stakeholders throughout a project delivery. 

A good relationship builder you will be reporting to the Director of the Design and Projects Division to oversee the full turnkey delivery of a development. You will have a proven track record of leading a design team, appointing a head contractor and overseeing the successful delivery of a project including all liaisons with external consultants.
  
Project deliveries will range across large new build, refurbishment and high-end fit-out projects.
   
Qualifications & Skills:
  
The Successful applicant will have:

• Attained a relevant degree and have experience working as a Project Manager role either Client Side or working for the Head Contractor
• Minimum 6 years' experience working in a Client-Side Project Management position
• Ability to lead the design process, manage stakeholders and drive the construction with a proven track record
• Ideally, experience in delivering high spec Hospitality and Entertainment projects
• Efficient Time Management and Organisation skills.
• Excellent Computer Literacy
• Well presented, good communication & relationship skills are essential
