Your new company

Our client who has been operating in the Sydney market for over 40 years is a well-renowned Tier 2 commercial builder.

They deliver commercial projects from $10-$100M typically across - Health, Leisure, Public works and Education. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer who is seeking a long career with one of Australia's leading builders.

Your new role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of a $80M + Retail/Commercial project, in South West Sydney.

Reporting to a Project Manager you will demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, profitability, project planning, industrial relations, HSE, and contracts management.

You are the complete professional who shows initiative and demonstrates strong time management, planning and organisational skills, while also displaying the ability to facilitate change and make decisions.

The ideal candidate will:

Possess a relevant degree and 5 + years' post-graduate experience in the Sydney building sector
Have experience delivering commercial projects $5M+
Ideally, possess strong experience with 1st & 2nd tier contractors
Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
