Developer/Builder in Sydney is looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their impressive portfolio of developments.

Operating across large scale high rise residential with a plan to get into commercial & mixed use developments which will be major landmark projects across Sydney.

The role: 
  • Oversee mutliple $20m -$50m projects  
  • Manage multiple site teams across various locations

  • Manage multiple subcontractor relationships firmly but fairly 
  • Manage cost and schedule to ensure successful commercial outcome
  • Build on strong client relationships by delivering successful projects
  • Take responsibility for your projects & teams
