Our client is a successful high-end residential builder focusing on new builds and renovations around the inner city suburbs of Brisbane. The work with luxury architecturally designed homes up to $3million.

This is an exciting new opportunity for a motivated Leading Hand Carpenter / Site Supervisor to progress their career. The successful candidate will be skilled in residential new builds and renovations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Running large scale renovations and new builds
• All aspects of general carpentry
• 80/20 On the tools / running the Job
• Site safety including implementing OH&S management system
• Liaison with clients, trades and the general public
• Ensuring quality finishes
• Site administration and record keeping
• Audit site registers and site quality control
• Management and ordering of materials as necessary

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3+ years on top of carpentry apprenticeship 
• Experience in high-end residential projects
• Experience runnning the project from slab through to delivery
• Experience in house raising would be favoured
• Reliable, hardworking, strong work ethic and be a team player
• Eye for detail and be a good operator 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A full drivers license, tools and reliable vehicle
• Prior employment references
