Your New Company

With operations spanning from the across Australia, my client is a diverse construction company who has been delivering Iconic projects throughout the nation for over 30 years.

Your New Project

This Iconic project is Located in an easy accessible CBD location and you will have the responsibility of delivering an $180M mixed-use project consisting of heritage, hotel and residential apartments..

The project is currently at early excavation stage so this will be an excellent opportunity for you take complete ownership of the project and deliver from start through to completion.

Your New Role

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the full cycle project delivery ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standard, to the given time frames and within the client's budget.

This will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing and managing all site personnel and implementing all site OH&S.

For you to be successful

Ideally be trade qualified as Carpenter
Hold a relevant degree in construction management
Must have a proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $80M
Having a strong a background in residential construction is essential
CBD experience is essential
Strong reporting and systems experience
Must have excellent client facing skills
Must have excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
Excellent Leadership skills
