Summary:

Aspect Personnel are looking to recruit a Junior Contract Administrator for a well-established and widely respected Commercial Construction business, who have maintained the values of being a family owned & operated business whilst functioning at the capacity of a larger organisation.

The role is offering the opportunity to work on a range of high profile projects across multiple sectors including office, hospitality, medical and education throughout Melbourne and the surrounding areas.

The Role:

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the effective planning and resource management of multiple projects, in this case low rise apartment blocks and institutional projects, ensuring that works are in keeping with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sub-Contract Letting
• Negotiating
• Variations
• Sub-Contractor Claims/Supplier Invoices
• Financial Management

Successful Applicant:

I would be interested in having a conversation with you if you have the following experience;

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role 
• Fit Out and Refurb experience
• Must have experience in Job Pack
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Excellent communication skill
