About the Company
This company is established within the Townhouse construction sector. They complete a wide range of residential projects including townhouses, apartments and land development, they also complete a number of commercial construction projects including child care centres, medical centres and industrial retail outlets.
  
About the Role – Site Manager
Due to ongoing project requirements they are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to assist with a project that has already commenced and is due for completion in January/February 2019.
The project is a 28 Townhouse development on the North Side.  You will be working with an established and experienced team and will report to the Project Manager. They are looking for this person to start as soon as possible.
  
Skills and Experience 

• Come from a trade background
• Previous experience with a known builder
• Stability with previous employers
• Experience on residential projects specifically within Townhouse development projects
