- Conduct meetings with staff and clients
- Plan and achieve project goals
- Complete correct documentation
- Contract management
- Correspondence and project administration
- Manage variation process
- Customer relationship
- Quality control checks
- Manage overall labour requirements including setting up cost codes
- Attend weekly construction meetings
- Review of drawings for QA sign-off
