Now Careers are currently recruiting an Experienced Site Manager for their client a Tier-2 Builder in Brisbane. They have been successfully working with key clients across Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Aged Care sectors for over 15 years. 

The Opportunity

This role would see you commence on Industrial project in Brisbane. You will work with an experienced and dynamic team who have demonstrated success across the Queensland market. This business prides themselves on culture and staff retention who have an open-door policy. With the future of this company going from strength to strength they are competing with the largest builders and succeeding. This company have an order book filled with iconic projects for 2018/2019 therefore you are guaranteed stability and security.

Due to this strong pipeline and their current project workload, they are looking to secure the services of experienced Site Manager. This opportunity would see you working within a strong team taking responsibility for the delivery of this project.

Key Requirements

• Will have a Trade / Carpentry background or relevant Degree
• Open QBCC Licence
• Will have a track record of working on projects up to $20 mil in value for established Brisbane contractors 
• Will have a thorough understanding of construction
• Has a positive attitude and has the ability to be part of a driven and successful team  
• Must have experience building industrial tilt up panel projects
• Will be Computer literate - Emails and Microsoft Office.
