A highly reputable national fit out & refurb specialist who have been operating since the early 90's require an Estimator to tender fit-out & refurb projects valued anywhere from $100k - $3M across a variety of industry sectors.

They provide a full range of services including D&C, fixed price, lump sum and full construction management to both the private & public sector (commercial office, education, hospitality, health & aged-care, hotels etc) $1M - $10M. 

They are a boutique sized company with 15-20 staff with offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & London with an excellent company culture and social setting within group.

WHAT IS REQUIRED:

We have been instructed to look at both Estimators with 18 months+ experience within a head or sub contractor environment or alternatively a Junior with a tertiary qualification or equivalent. 

Your duties will depend on your level of experience however you can expect your responsibilities to include:

• Preparing working Bill of Quantities
• Co-ordinate submissions and proposals development
• Liaise with Construction team and prepare and submit backup information
• Carry out site visits and attend meetings
• Successful delivery of finished tenders
