Please apply for this role if you are qualified in the following areas
- 5 years experience minimum building Industrial Buildings
- Experience in running a business/building company preferred
-QBCC laws and Australian Standards
- Managing Sub-contract agreements
- High level plan and specification reading
- Have a licence and a trade background preferably carpenter
- Concrete and Slab design, engineering plan reading
- ipad and online document system
- Intermediate with computers in general
- Advanced in emailing and sending attachments/photos
- Trades and building practices
- Environmental and Safety systems
- Polite, Hard Working, 6 days a week
- Blue Card, Drivers Licence, Ute, other licences?
- Stability in previous employment
