Experienced Finishing Foreman - Residential Buildings
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finishing Foreman for Townhouses to join our construction team. You will have full autonomy to take charge of the site, and we will support you with resources and trades, allowing you to deliver an 'icon' in the neighbourhood. Your role will encompass all aspects of site management, including scheduling trades & materials, directing staff, managing site safety & amenities.
To be successful in this role, the following are essentials:
*you must have an acute attention to detail.
*You must also have a great attitude to work, and a driven nature in order to achieve a superb quality outcome for the client.
*A high commitment to safety, ability to think and act proactively.
*Great communication skills to lead and coordinate subbies, should be your strengths.
*A trade background will be added advantage
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role is required.
