SITE MANAGER / SITE SUPERVISOR
Working throughout Sydney’s North West, this company is looking to take on another Site Manager/Supervisor to keep up with demand for new housing. Building over 500 new homes in Sydney every year, they have developed a great reputation as a high quality and well respected employer. Experience within in the industry is essential, and longevity in your career and relevant qualifications will be regarded highly. The company is looking for a supervisor who add something to the company and their reputation, always going above and beyond what is required.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience for a new home builder is essential
- Working knowledge of the Residential Building Industry and understanding of OH+S regulatory codes
- Good network with trades and supplier and the ability to mentor and lead a team
- Builders Licence or Carpentry qualifications
- Building and Construction Cert IV or relevant Supervisor Qualifications will be beneficial
