The Role
Experience in managing multiple projects at once and exceptional organisational abilities are integral to this role. You will be responsible for overseeing a number of construction works, managing all your allocated projects with care and commitment. Confident communication is a must, and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to deal with differing personalities and backgrounds; from trades, clients and subcontractors. Safety is a focus in this role, as is fostering lasting, successful relationships. 
 
The Like Mind
You will have experience in a similar role with a recognised residential builder, and trade qualification in building, a current Builder Supervisor License and White Card. You're able to keep a level head in stressful situations, and are able to think of solutions that may be outside of the box. Leading by example comes naturally to you and you're able to motivate teams with positivity.
