Job Objectives
- Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Work effectively as part of a project management team, to ensure that all deliverables are met.
- Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.
- Full project management services.
- Assist the management/reporting requirements and the delivery of the project to the required standard, on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Required Skills
- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, quantity surveying or architecture.
- Qualifications in Project Management or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Project management experience preferably gained within the design, management or construction environment.
- Project Management, Cost Management, Design Management, and Superintendent Representative, Specialist Equipment installations, complex and sensitive operational environments experience.
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
- Business development experience or aptitude is a preference.
- Experience of working within a Client focussed consultancy environment.
- Experience of working within the Australian market and/or Australian projects.
