Our client, a longstanding Commercial Builder is seeking a Contract Administrator to work on a number of projects. This is an opportunity for a motivated Contract Administrator to sink their teeth into a $25-$35 million build.

Key responsibilities and skills include:
- Previous experience on multi level apartments/hotel/commercial office projects
- Excellent rapport building skills with key stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Highly organised
- A self-starter and autonomous
- An effective and confident communicator
- A strong track record of achieving time and budget goals is looked upon favourably
