The role:  
  
Now Careers client are looking for a determined Senior Project Manager to be part of their successful project team. The ideal candidate will have the communication skills and construction experience to coordinate and manage all stakeholders throughout project delivery. A good relationship builder you will be reporting to the Managing Director and have a proven track record of leading a design team, appointing a head contractor and overseeing the successful delivery of a project including all liaisons with external consultants.
  
Project deliveries will range across large new build, refurbishment and high end fit-out projects.
  
Qualifications & Skills:
  
The Successful applicant will have:
  

• Completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction qualification
• A minimum of 8 years-experience as a Project Manager
• Ability to lead the design process, manage stakeholders and drive the construction with a proven track record
• Strong stakeholder and client management
• Strong contract management skills
• A strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects at any one time
• Ideally, experience in delivering high spec Hospitality and Tourism projects
• Efficient Time Management and Organisation skills
• Excellent Computer Literacy
• Well presented, good communication & relationship skills are essential
