This tier 1 concrete structures sub-contractor is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their team. With over 25 years in the space you will be working alongside some of the most experienced in the industry.
About your new role
Working closely with the Estimating team and other senior staff, you will be responsible for:
- Takeoffs and production of BOQs for tenders
- Completion of tender documents
- Liase with client representatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Read and interpret plans
- 1+ years experience estimating concrete packages
- Highly analytical and well organised
- Experienced at using Excel
- Eye for detail and sequencing of works
- Be willing to take initiative and demonstrate leader
