Our Client is a well established mid-tier civil contractor that works nationally and has a Brisbane Head Office. They have an excellent culture which is well tuned to the development of internal talent and have a team with an extremely low level of staff turnover. Due to the managed growth within the company, and the need to implement a Succession Plan for their Precast Yard, they seek an experienced Precast Yard Supervisor to join their Precast team.
Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the yard is producing its Pre-Stress Concrete Components in an Safe, Effective and Efficient manner meeting Project Schedules, Quality and Safety Standards. Your responsibilities include Supervision of Staff and the Utilization of Plant and Materials in the Production of Precast components for the Building and Civil Construction Sectors.
The successful candidate will be experience in Precast Concrete Structure/Component Production. A strong Safety Ethic and bias is sought along with an understanding of Production Management.
