We are a rapidly growing building company with a reputation for providing outstanding quality and service. We have an immediate opportunity for a building supervisor in the busy western corridor to join our team and take control of this busy region.

About the role

Your day to day duties will include but not be limited to:

• Oversee a team of suppliers and trades onsite
• Scheduling and coordinating trades on multiple jobs sites at one time
• Ensuring each home is completed in a timely manner and handed over on time and on budget
• Maintain a high standard of OH&S requirements
• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance throughout the construction of the home
• Maintain forecast claims and revenue
• Supervision of subcontractors.
• Daily reporting to the Construction Manager.
• Maintaining material orders for site.
• Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

To be considered for this role you MUST have had experience working on Medium Density projects.

Skills and experience

Skills and experience:

• Ability to supervise 15-20 houses at any given time
• Be a natural leader
• Confident in liaising with Clients, Sub Contractors and Suppliers.
• Excellent Organisational & Time Management skills
• At least 5 years experience supervising residential projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally have a trade background or tertiary qualification in building & construction
• A technical understanding of all building process & regulations 
• A solid trade base
• White card holder
