Our client, a boutique development and project management consultancy, are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing business. This position has come available due to the business winning a number of tenders recently. The successful candidate will receive exceptional training and development from a highly-experienced project management team and will gain exposure to large-scale projects across Retail, Aged Care and Residential.
The main responsibilities:
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Stakeholder management and client engagement
- Assisting with the management of the overall construction program
- Prepare and coordinate the preparation of contracts of scope of works
- Assisting with Contract Administration, Cost Control, Risk Management and Quality Control
You will be / have:
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Property Development, Engineering or Construction related field
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
