About the role
We have an opportunity for a technical professional to join our team as a Technical Supervisor based in the Coffs Harbour NSW region.
Focused on both concrete and aggregates products, the successful applicant will be expected to monitor and report on quality targets and performance in accordance with Holcim's key performance indicators.
A key part of the role is to monitor product performance with changing sources and quality of raw materials, liaising with laboratories to ensure correct mixes are tested and in accordance with national standards.
By providing sound technical advice to both internal and external stakeholders, you will be key in securing new project work by recommending products to suit required performance parameters.
About you
Having had experience in a similar role, with exposure in the construction materials industry, a tertiary qualifications in engineering or science being an advantage.
NATA laboratory experience would be an advantage, while Quality Management skills are preferable including SAI Global or equivalent internal auditor training.
With the ability to develop internal and external customer relationships, you will need to meet tight deadlines and ensure high levels of attention to detail are met.
Professional level written and verbal communication skills are essential along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
