Our client holds a strong ethical reputation in the local Newcastle/Central Coast market and specialise in Multi Residential Developments, Retirement Villages, and Commercial Buildings, from inception through to handover of completed projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that hand picks their clients and 90% of their business is repeat or referrals. Due to their reputation they have recently won another 3 Multi-Residential projects and require 2 Site Supervisors to join their cohesive and professional team.

The Role:

• Assistance with programming and co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
• Developing a strong rapport with site teams as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaison and reporting to clients regarding successful delivery of project to schedule.
• Managing WHS compliance on site including site inductions. 

The successful candidate will have:

• A Carpentry trade background and a strong link to the building and construction industry
• A minimum of 5 years' experience running your own projects as a supervisor
• Demonstrated stability with previous employers
• Residential apartment/townhouse construction experience
• A good understanding of WHS safety protocols and be safety conscious
• The ability to lead hands on from the front and be able to multi task
• A passion and interest for the building and construction industry
• Ability to identify variations and claims
• Excellent knowledge of building codes
