The company:
With 20+ years of experience under their belt, this capable builder is a specialist in apartment and townhouse builds, handling a manageable number of projects within Melbourne's bayside/south-east, up to approximately $10M. With a constant flow of projects, they require a capable/experienced site manager to come on-board. This role may suit someone who has made their mark in the commercial space but now is looking for more of a work/life balance.

Role:
Starting with a luxury 8-apartment with basement build in Brighton, there is work on afterwards to keep you occupied indefinitely.  
Some of your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage sub-contractors (materials & labour management) 
- Control OHS Compliance & quality assurance
- Push the program from inception through to delivery
  
What you’ll need:
- Local site management experience (basemented apartments ideally)
- Strong trade understanding and ability to manage up to 30+ trades simultaneously 
- Excellent OH&S knowledge
- Proactivity and ability to get involved in all areas on the build 
- Trade qualifications (especially carpentry) will be highly regarded
