The Company

- Commercial projects across all sectors of commercial from $1M to $20M
- A team of around 25 site personnel at all levels. These people are willing to train all the younger members of the team.

What will you learn?
As a Trainee Foreman you will work with a Site Manager and learn how to manage projects from start to finish. There is no work on the tools. You will learn;
- Managing Subcontractors
- OH&S - inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks, safety walks
- Programming - planning out your week
- Quality Control
- Organising Site - deliveries, cranage, sheds, etc...
Full training will be provided and you learn at your own speed. In time you will progress to a foreman role and run smaller jobs by yourself.
What you need to apply
- Carpentry trade
- A strong work history
- 2 years post trade experience
- Cert 4 in or Diploma in Building will be highly regarded but not essential
