Client Details
Our client is a privately owned Melbourne builder that has a well-established and highly respected brand in market. They have a reputation for their passion and for thinking outside the box to achieve great results for their clients.
They pride themselves on their client relationships and repeat project wins. Over the past 10 years they have continually delivered high quality works for this client and due to a new $10M project win they are now seeking a HSE Advisor based on site.

Description
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be working with the construction site teams and senior management to implement and drive HSE policies, undertake audits, risk assessments, quality and internal training across the broader construction business.
The role would suit someone looking for flexibility, autonomy and leadership development from their employer, as well as the opportunity to drive a safety first culture.
Profile
With a demonstrated background in working both in either a corporate OHS role or site based role on $10M+ commercial projects in Melbourne, particularly within a government or high security project environment. You will have exceptional management experience, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to deal with stakeholders on a variety of levels.
