The Opportunity
Our client is a force to be reckoned with in the South Australian construction industry. More and more project wins are the result of quality works and service. They ensure their Site Managers are continually challenged with variety in sites and varying complexity. More than anything, this contractor understands they are nothing without their people. We're looking for a people-first Site Manager, who shows integrity in all they do, to join a welcoming team.
The Role
With extensive experience as a Site Manager, you will be comfortable and confident working on a variety of construction projects. Duties and responsibilities will include on-site management of staff, program, subbies and safety, managing resources to complete elements of work outside of sub-contracted scope, liaising with clients regarding all site-based operations, managing and encouraging safety and environmental requirements and ensuring projects are completed to exceptional standards by providing technical support and knowledge. You will be expected to lead your team by example whilst delivering a variety of projects to ensure you are continually challenged.
