Site Foreman –

BOUTIQUE developer with stellar growth forecast over the next few years requires a  Site Foreman for a new project in St Peters.

Company Profile:

• Private Developer with a number of projects under application in Sydney -$10M to $40M in value
• Culture based on accountability integrity, honesty and team work

Project and role:

• Medium rise residential apartment project containing 38 apartments & 6 retail shops
• Site Foreman with assistance of leading hand and labourers
• Work with established and trusted sub-contractors that have worked with the firm for the last decade
• Identify the critical paths of the project – problem solve

Candidate profile:

• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 residential or commercial multi storey projects of at least 35 or more apartments
• Experience managing site team and enjoy mentoring the projects
• Must have experience with AFS Wall Systems
• Strong performing skills with ability to identify critical pathways of the project
• Good knowledge of sub-contractors
• Ability to problem solve and must have a strong decisive personality
