This experience has seen All Coatings Queensland secure 20 high value commercial painting contract over the last 18 months. Due to our success we are looking to expand our team with a newly created Construction Management Cadet Role.
We are seeking a Construction Managment Cadet with a passion for the construction industry. Being a role that offers a hands-on introduction to Contract Administration, Quality Assurance, Design and Estimating whilst providing general assistance to our team. This diverse role will include invaluable mentoring and advice from seasoned Project Delivery team.
You will be a self-starter who is safety-conscious, having responsibility for assisting with:
- Review of contract and preparation of sub-contractor agreements
- Preparation of cost reports and processing of payment claims and invoices
- Coordination of consultant meetings & taking minutes
- Accurately and timely distributing documents and specifications
- Quality assurance, safety and environmental inspections
You will need to:
- Be studying or have recently completed a construction related degree or equivalent
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Have excellent people and communication skills
- Have great time management and prioritisation
- Be interested in joining a team, not just a company.
- Hold a current construction industry white card.
