About the Company:
This tremendous West Australian commercial building company has established a respected name within industry through continual delivery of high class projects typically in the mixed use, apartments, education and health sectors.
About the Role:
This permanent position as Estimator will involve working an approximate 40 hour week based at the Perth head office (flexible pending tender deadlines). You will support the senior management team in the pricing of mid-size commercial projects $10M-$40M in the sectors listed above. Skills, Experience & Other Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as Estimator within the commercial building sector for building contractors
- Proven success as Estimator pricing winning bids
- Previous experience pricing mixed use, apartments, education and health projects will be highly regarded
- High level of competence using estimating software
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Currently based in Perth with existing rights to live and work in Australia
