There is an immediate requirement for a Structures Foreman with the ability to operate autonomously and drive structure trades up to ten levels. Working closely with an experienced and professional Site Manager this project is ready to start and your day to day duties will include:
To be considered you must have at least three years’ experience as a Commercial Construction Foreman on structures over six levels who have had extensive exposure to managing structural trades.
The company offers a good level of site support from the senior management and office whilst still respecting your autonomy.
This is a "hands-on" Structural Foreman role with a major focus on ensuring the project is resourced appropriately and that Safety remains a key focus.
If you prefer to operate from site desk all day delegating tasks this IS NOT, THE ROLE FOR YOU!
- Material & labour procurement
- Holding site & toolbox meetings
- Scheduling and managing subcontractors
- Problem-solving & dispute resolution
- Safety & quality management
- Direct staff management & delegation
- Management reporting
- Industrial Relations Awareness
