Area Manager, Supervisor Estimator
A small remedial building company specialising in insurance repair works has an opportunity for an industry specialist to step into an Area Manager position.
ABOUT US
We are a smal business going through a period of growth.
We offer the full range of remedial services, specialising in insurance restoration building. Our key clients and insurance companies, strata managers and home owners.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the Area Manager attending to the area between Sydney and Blue Mountains.
You will also be Assessing, Estimating and Supervising the repairs of your own portfolio of projects.
This is a key role in the business during our time of growth. Strategic business management and business development will also be an aspect of the role.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in a similar role as Area Manager highly advantageous
- Extensive Supervising and Estimating experience within Insurance Repair Building
- Excellent knowledge of the construction industry, (housing repairs)
- Report writing abilities
- Background of producing accurate priced scopes of works
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution
- Have your own network of subcontractors to bring on board
- Must have insurance experience
