My client is a well-established, proactive and successful project and development management company offering project and development management consulting services to the residential (high, medium & low density), leisure, commercial, health & aged care, retail and civil & industrial sectors.
Description
Currently recruiting a Project Manager this opportunity would see you work closely with your private and public clients across a range of projects with exposure from inception through to completion, responsible for full life-cycle project management including business case development, feasibility, planning, design and delivery on major projects in Melbourne. You will be managing project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whist achieving all project objectives below.

Profile
- You will have completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- You will have previously worked for a builder or have demonstrated experience working for another consultancy on the client side
- You will have a minimum of 4 years' experience ideally within residential, commercial , education or aged care sectors
- Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in contracts administration, design coordination, stakeholder and client management, document control
- An ability to plan, manage and deliver numerous projects
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities
