ACRWORLD are working with a world leader in D&C office space operating in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, USA and Europe. 
  
This business has grown organically and has a reputation for delivering leading office space with a polished and professional approach. They are currently delivering some of Australia's most exclusive office space and this requirement comes through growth in Melbourne's CBD. They have a secure pipeline of work with a high percentage of repeat business.

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager/ Client side Project Manager with over 5 years' experience on D&C projects as a standalone Project Manager delivering a challenging portfolio of projects. You will also be required to have a strong Cost Planning ability.
  
Responsibilities:  

• Work closely with architecture & design teams from concept to completion to ensure successful delivery of clients’ original idea. 
• Produce procurement schedules and procure all materials in conjunction with Site Manager.
• Produce design programme in conjunction with the design department.
• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety Plan.
• Produce quality plan and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project.
• Attend weekly site meeting and issue weekly project report.
• Provide formal project feedback

Essential requirements: 

• Proven track record in project management within the construction, interior design, or refurbishment industry
• Minimum of 5 years suitable experience
• Current employment with an interior fit-out contractor 
• Over 8 years industry experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to multi-task
• Self-motivation and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as under own initiative.
• Eligible to work full time within Australia
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject
