Contract Administrator Job- Leading Commercial Builder- Diverse projects in excess of $150M- South Melb
Your new company
My client is a leading National Tier 2 Commercial builder who have been successfully delivering projects of a diverse nature for the past 40 years. Their project range includes Education, Retail, Health & Aged Care, Institutional, and Commercial and Industrial projects to $150 M and above. Due to genuine and significant growth over the past 5 years, a position now exists for a Contract Administrator to join the team in Melbourne’s inner Eastern suburbs.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
- Progress claims and variations
- Excellent communication skills
- Administration of RFI’s to clients, consultants and architects
What you'll need to succeed
- Construction Management Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Contract Administrator role in Australia
- Experience on Commercial projects to a minimum circa $20M
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- An attitude which reflects our clients culture which is positive and solutions focused
- Demonstrate a high level of perseverance and commitment
