One of Victoria's top performing mid-tier builders has just secured an $2M primary school re-development in the inner Eastern suburbs and requires an experienced site manager to ensure it is delivered on time and on budget.  
 
To be considered for this position you will need a stable employment history with previous site management/supervisory experience.  You will be a dynamic individual with a proven ability to manage the day to day running of a medium scale commercial project.  
 
As a highly effective organiser you will be able to monitor on site sub-contractors effectively while ensuring all OH & S standards are rigorously followed.  

In return you will be given unwavering support from senior management and will be given complete autonomy over site based operations.  A salary package of $110,000 to $135,000 dependent on experience will be on offer for the right candidate with a company that prides itself on a positive working environment.
